This March, TheatreWorks will be presenting a 24-Hour Play Festival as part of its Drama School program. Sylvia Hathaway was kind enough to send me all the information, and it sounds like a fantastic event. These kinds of festivals are incredible for learning how to work as a team, quickly and effectively synthesize an artistic vision, and learn how to tell a story effectively. It forces you to be a very efficient story teller and drop the fluff and fuss of overdeveloping a script. Plus, networking! Take a look, and take part!
